Recognising non-target insects that may be found in Hornet traps?
The plates are the result of observations made during standard trapping campaigns carried out by the scientists who led this project in the Cahors region, and are therefore based on species from this region.
By knowing more about the insects other than hornets that were trapped, you can assess the effectiveness of your trap and perhaps identify the species that are generally present. This knowledge can enable you to identify weaknesses in your trap that you can use to share your experience before experimenting with different solutions.
